Description

This is a seven-day training program for the guns & the gams! This program will focus on full-body training with important rest & recovery days included!! A strong, healthy, & balanced lower body will help alleviate lower back pain and add power & stability to any motion. A balanced, muscular upper body will support and protect posture and proper rotation. Working and strengthening the body as one unit will create a healthy body that is balanced and able to perform basic functional movement with greater ease and confidence.
