This is a seven-day training program focused specifically for beginners or for those just getting back in the game! This program will focus on full-body training with important rest & recovery days included!! This program will stick to the basics with little twists here and there. It’s designed to get you moving using large muscle groups. It’ll get you on your way to full body magnificence! Your body will grow stronger, more stable and healthy. Remember, everyone currently training started at the beginning!
